The company K2J was a holder of technical certificate in content of provisions § 26 law NR SR no. 90/1998 Z.z. about building products of these products: no. 0511A/03/0081/O/O04 a č. 0511A/03/0080/O/O04 dated from 14.4.2003 to 14.4.2008.

Then our company is a holder in the meaning of provisions § 21 2 law NR SR č. 90/1998 Z. l. about building products of Certificates for proving of accordance on the traffic conveyances used in transport.

Product: Portable guide curbs, guiding and heading base plates and barrels on the base plates.

After the expiration of the Certificate in year 2008 our company requested OM 04 department of Building Testing and Research Institute to perform a process of technical certification. After successful certification our company obtained the Technical Certificate TO – 08/0140 a TO – 08/0141 dated from 15.03.2006.

On 05.09.2008, on the basis of these certificates, K2J Ltd., Ivanska cesta 23, 821 04 Bratislava 2, SR applied for the initial tests type of these building products: “traffic barriers”, “Standard markers with square sockets”, “Flexi-Boys with reboundable wall support“, “Collapsible markers and cons with base plates”, “Portable guide curbs, guiding and heading base plates and barrels on the base plates” placed in category no.3 in accordance with the Law no. 90/1998 Z.z.. The initial tests type was realized by AO SK05 in accordance with technical certification no. TO-08/0140. The tests were accomplished in Accredited testing laboratory for machine parts strength measurements VÚD, Inc. Žilina and in Accredited testing laboratory of paints and road signs VÚD, Inc. Žilina. On the basis of this initial tests type evaluation, our company may declare that our products are in compliance with requirements of conformity in traffic guidance in working area and highlighting of deadlines in accordance with the Law no. 90/1998 Z.z. about building products, as amended and also according to technical specifications. On the basis of the initial tests type, K2J Ltd issued a declaration of conformity which demonstrates compliance characteristics of the product and of factory production control, technical specifications and the general binding rules; and labeled the products with the mark of conformity.
